XCEEDBD has been providing off-shoring services to its clients for about a year now. Outsource or Off-shoring means that you hire your own contract staff from low labor cost countries, and exercise direct supervision over their work. It is different from outsourcing in that you retain full control over the work.
XCEEDBD focuses on finding and training staff who can handle Web based business promotional work such as:
- Website design and development
- Website maintenance as a webmaster
- Website content development
- Keyword research and search engine optimization
- Building link popularity for websites
XCEEDBD is based in Bangladesh, where living costs and wages are low. Universities hare are turning out graduates trained in Information Technology and this creates a labor pool that can be tapped. XCEEDBD trains selected staff to equip them with practical skills needed to handle the above kinds of work.
These staff will be assigned to work full time under XCEEDBD clients, with the client giving them specific work instructions and supervising the work quality. If the performance of any worker is found unsatisfactory, the client is free to terminate that person’s services and XCEEDBD will find a new person without any extra charge (and train that person if needed).
